Malaysia Airlines flights from/to Bangkok, Thailand

Malaysia Airlines flights to and from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport are operating with some changes despite the flood situation in the Thai capital.

However, we are providing the following options to our passengers who wish to defer their travel to/from Bangkok.

1. For passengers holding tickets with fare conditions that allow refund:
   • Change of travel date - You are allowed to defer your travel date until 15 December 2011 with the penalty fee waived. This is subject to seat availability on the same booking class.
   • Refunds - You are allowed to get a refund with the refund penalty waived. Please submit your ticket for refund by 15 December 2011.
2. For passengers holding tickets with fare conditions that do not allow refund or are restrictive:
   • Change of travel date - You are allowed to defer your travel date until 15 December 2011 with the penalty fee waived. This is subject to seat availability on the same booking class.
   • Refunds - You are not entitled for a refund. However, you have the option to convert your ticket into coupon. The coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of conversion and can be used to purchase your next flight on Malaysia Airlines. Please submit your ticket for coupon issuance by 15 December 2011. Note that an extension of coupon validity is not permitted. Coupon conversions do not apply to tickets purchased under our internet promotional fares.

Please allow some extra time for your journey to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport prior to your flight.
